Aromatherapy is a massage therapy with highly concentrated plant oils, known as essential oil mixed with massage oil or lotion. This therapy is to overcome stress or improve emotionally related situations. Beside it, it is also performed to cure digestive disorders, premenstrual symptoms, headache and backache.

In human body, nostrils are attached to a limbic system, a part of brain. This system controls our emotions and influences the secretion of hormones and functioning of nervous system.

The inhaling of aromatherapy essential oils molecules transmit the message to limbic system and in turn, directly affect blood pressure, memory, heart rate, stress level and immune system.

  • For decongesting- pine, eucalyptus, tea
